It specializes in wool spinning, cotton spinning, weaving, dyeing, finishing, laminating, and special finishing. Located in Taiwan, Chia Her develops and supplies high value-added and innovative products to global leading brands in outdoor, sports, fashion, etc. Its products are applied in the weaving of shirts, pajamas, pants, jackets, home decoration cloth, suits, and formal dresses, among others.
The Company operates its businesses in domestic and overseas markets, including Hong Kong, Asian countries, and Canada, among others.

Chia Her: A Sorona® Fabric Supplier

Chaser
When the sun is blazing and the summer gets hot, the passengers will feel less heat inside the vehicle with Chaser. Under the same conditions, the heat absorbency of Chaser is way lower than animal leather and synthetic leather. Also, Chaser features a baby luxurious touch and "soft-hand" feel and it uses recycled polyester reducing carbon emission by 75%. Chaser has outstanding tearing, sagging, colorfastness to light, and matches other fabrics on abrasion and colorfastness to crocking. Over the years, this accumulated knowledge has won us the approval of many global brands like Chrysler, Jaguar, Land Rover, Mitsubishi, Suzuki, China Motor Corporation, etc.
Home Fabrics
These can be for Sofas, like Jacquard (for home textile flaunts an elaborate & intricate baroque decor in home furnishing) and for Curtains like Fire Retardant (raises the protection of personnel & reduces flammability by using materials like Trevira® CS fiber & surface coating. Passed fire-retardant tests from various countries like Germany’s M1 and B1, UK’s BS5867, and US’ NFPA701). This line includes bed covers and bed sheets as well characterized by their ability to improve sleeping quality by offering environmentally friendly organic cotton, bamboo fiber, gorgeous jacquard, filament woven fabric, and more.

Ecorepel®: inspired by feather’s water repellent function, is based on long paraffin chains that wrap themselves spiral-like around individual fibers or yarns in a very fine film, which reduces surface tension so that water droplets and mud run off easily. Ecorepel remains breathability and soft feel. Moreover, ecorepel®, free of fluorocarbons, supports eco certifications such as Bluesign and Oeko-Tex.

Outlast®: Guarantees perfect warmth and insulation. It continuously interacts with the unique microclimate of the human body and the environment to moderate temperature from being too hot, or too cold, to be just right.

Storm Cotton: A special water-repellent finish for Cotton which offers improved performance in water repellent rate while maintaining cotton's breathability. Even if it repels liquids, this finish allows moisture vapor to pass through the fabric, so the user feels more comfortable.

Sorona Lines: Chia Her is part of the Sorona Pavilion and offers different options such as the Spun Sorona®.This latter is made from sustainable glucose and can be made in a variety of colors and styles with good dye uniformity. It offers the softness and natural hand, printability, and easy dyeability. Additionally, superior bulk, resilience, texture retention, stain resistance, and easy dry. They're resistant to fading in the presence of UV or chlorine, and they have low electrostatic properties.

Wrinkle Free series: Using cotton or cotton-blend yarn & wrinkle-free finishing, you never need to iron your shirt again with these wrinkle-resistant fabrics.

TransDRY: Dries up 50% faster than untreated cotton and better than high-tech synthetic fabrics. The TransDRY technology starts at the yarn stage and fabrics can be constructed to move moisture horizontally, vertically, or from the skin side to the outside of the fabric. It is a patented, high-performance moisture management application that allows fabrics to wick and spread perspiration.

Refined Ombre: Ombre series features a multicolored stripe with colors graduating from light to dark under different angles & light sources. Its trendy appearance always shifts the spotlight of attention.

Green fabrics: Chia Her has multiple eco-friendly fabric options for different uses such as Tencel®, completely natural, and is made from wood pulp cellulose. Tencel production offers a unique combination of the most desirable properties of man-made and natural fibers.

Yarn: At Chia Her, the dyeing expertise extends to all types of protein fibers, cellulosic, and synthetics. Decades of experience combined with hands-on management style make their expert chemists’ technical proficient and able to judge shade visually. In addition, they are able to utilize modern data color machines to facilitate the shade matching process. Their dye house is equipped with state-of-the-art production facilities and laboratories. All of their dyeing equipment is automated, which is essential to minimizing batch-to-batch variation. Depending on the end-use, their dyed yarns can be wound with wax. With production batches ranging from 50 pounds to 1,000 pounds, they are confident they can meet their customers' needs!
